We start with a free 20-minute call. Then sessions are one-hour video calls, followed up with a thoughtful email when needed. I work on a sliding scale of $150–$200. Reduced rates as low as $50 are available for regular clients and folks with resilient identities (you know who you are).

Quick note: I am not a therapist, life coach, relationship advisor, or "sexpert." I don’t have the qualifications to give advice in a professional capacity on personal problems or trauma.
